[00:00:32] You've got so far doing things your way. Now if it's not working your way, why not try someone else's way that's been proven to work?

[00:00:49] It's been said that that phrase was actually from Einstein but we don't really know whose it was.

[00:00:54] But I want you to really think about how much of that have you been doing over and over again, over and over again.

[00:00:58] Right now, it's December, almost Christmas. People are getting ready to wind down for the year.

[00:01:05] Then they'll be looking to ramp things up in January.

[00:01:08] But the problem is that if we take in our old ways, our old beliefs, you know, the way we are into the new year, what's going to change?

[00:01:16] We may have a different intention on how we want to be in the next year.

[00:01:21] Now the thing is about intention. Intention itself isn't all that important if you can't back it up with action.

[00:01:29] One of the most annoying things that we find about ourselves when it comes to our workplace is we often know what we should be doing, but we don't do it.

[00:01:38] Think about your working day. Have you ever had days where you just can't seem to get into gear?

[00:01:43] You just can't seem to get motivated. You just can't seem to have clarity on what you need to do that day.

[00:01:49] Now the thing is when you have these kind of moments, these moments can become days, weeks and months.

[00:01:56] And that's where stagnation comes in. High performance top producers always have a clear vision of where they're going.

[00:02:04] And then they back it up with action. They hold themselves accountable.

[00:02:09] But why do some people write out to do list and it doesn't get done? Why does motivation not last?

[00:02:17] I was in the shower this morning. I thought, you know what, let me just put some motivational speeches on to pump myself up.

[00:02:23] And I'm like, I remember the days when I used to listen to motivational speeches to pump myself up.

[00:02:28] Now that was just a little kickstart in the morning. I thought, you know what, let me just get onto a different vibe and listen to something different.

[00:02:34] Just to kickstart my day, I always like listening to something positive in the day.

[00:02:37] But the thing is, a lot of people listen to a lot of positive things, different types of podcasts, different videos.

[00:02:44] And around 10 a.m., 11 a.m., that flat point kicks back in.

[00:02:48] You look at your current results. You look at what you're doing. You look at how businesses, maybe you look at your bank account and it dampens your spirits.

[00:02:55] But why do some people go on to accumulate mass fortunes?

[00:03:01] They've always got great ideas. They've always got good things happening to them in their businesses.

[00:03:05] They're always thriving.

[00:03:07] Whilst on the other hand, you've got another group of people who always seem to flatline and they can't get past where they are.

[00:03:14] Their mindset is stuck and everything starts with the mind. Everything ends with the mind.

[00:03:20] Every single creation in this world, physical creation, was a thought in someone's mind at one point.

[00:03:27] Okay? It was a thought in someone's mind.

[00:03:29] I look back at myself when I had so many different failures.

[00:03:33] I look at myself and I compare how I was thinking, acting, what kind of beliefs that I had back then that led to those outcomes.

[00:03:44] I was speaking to someone that had a really good company and things would go great and they'd drop, go great and they'd drop.

[00:03:51] There's a consistent flow of results and then a loss, results, loss, results, loss.

[00:03:57] That was an expression of how this person saw themselves, the belief they had about themselves.

[00:04:04] And I often get asked by people, Mindy, you know what? I get so far and I just can't go beyond that.

[00:04:09] Why is that? Well, because that's where you are. That's where your program is. That's where you're set.

[00:04:14] That's where the temperature of your life is set.

[00:04:16] Now, if you want to make those adjustments in your outside world, in your business, you've got to make internal adjustments.

[00:04:21] They're not just going to happen by you being positive and doing the same thing over and over again.

[00:04:25] You've got to get hold of the type of a person that you believe you are, your self-concept of yourself.

[00:04:30] We talk about limiting beliefs a lot. We all have beliefs that limit us.

[00:04:35] Now, you may be in a business where your business is heavily relying on you and your ability to sell.

[00:04:41] And maybe you try to put off selling. Maybe you don't even want to pick up the phone to someone.

[00:04:45] Maybe you don't know where to start. Do I send somebody a DM? Do I send somebody an email?

[00:04:49] And what do I send on that email? I don't want to come across salesy. I don't want to come across pushy.

[00:04:54] You have all of these things going on. And that is ultimately going to impact how much money flows into your bank account every single day.

[00:05:01] I remember when I first started out in my first cleaning business when I was 19 years old.

[00:05:06] And I didn't have no resistance to this. I had a dream. It was big.

[00:05:10] And I had this desire to do more. So I didn't think about whether I like sales or not.

[00:05:14] I didn't give myself time to talk myself out of it.

[00:05:17] Now, I could have easily sat there. I made a decision. I invested in some machines.

[00:05:21] Parents lent me about $3,000, $3,500. Now, I could have sat there and said, you know what?

[00:05:26] I just want to wait for the business to come to me.

[00:05:28] But I made a decision. You know what? Actually, I'm excited about this.

[00:05:31] I'm excited about my venture. So I didn't give it any thought.

[00:05:34] I just put my suit on and I went out door knocking on restaurants.

[00:05:38] Now, I didn't know what to say. I didn't have a pitch. I didn't even work out what I was going to say.

[00:05:42] I thought I'd figure it out when I get there. And thank goodness that I did.

[00:05:46] Right? And I put together a strategy in my mind.

[00:05:48] There was a certain thing I used to do and say that used to have people booking me in.

[00:05:52] And these are the little things that I've learned along the way.

[00:05:54] I didn't have any sales training back then. I didn't know there was anything such as sales training.

[00:05:59] I thought you get into business and you just learn the ropes.

[00:06:01] But there are reasons why people get stuck in their industry for like 20 years.

[00:06:05] 20 years go by and they're still at the same level of income, same type of client, same lifestyle, same excuses, same problems.

[00:06:12] And it's a huge cycle. You just like stay in that cycle.

[00:06:16] I want you to look, have a good look at this year and ask yourself, how different was it to the previous year?

[00:06:23] How different was it to like five years ago in terms of like your income, where your business was, your net worth, how you were spending your days?

[00:06:30] And you'll probably find not much has changed, that you're on a similar path.

[00:06:36] Now, looking forward to next year, doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different outcome.

[00:06:40] So why is next year going to be any different if you're not going to be willing to make the changes this year?

[00:06:45] I really want you to take a good, hard, long look at how you've been operating psychologically, mentally, emotionally for your actions.

[00:06:52] I want you to look at how much have you actually grown in the last 24 months, in the last 30 days?

[00:06:58] How much have you actually grown? Then why should your business grow?

[00:07:01] Why should anything else in your life change if you ain't changing?

[00:07:05] All night girls quote, I love it. Everyone is self-made, but only the successful would admit it.

[00:07:10] And that's so true. You know, people are losing. They always want to blame something.

[00:07:15] But we have to accept responsibility for ourselves. If you want a new life next year, if you want things to be different, you must be different.

[00:07:22] You must change. You must grow. If you want your bank balance to grow, you must grow yourself.

[00:07:25] Your awareness must grow. Your ability to follow instructions must grow. Your actions must grow.

[00:07:31] Because face it, if you take the same kind of actions, what's going to change?

[00:07:35] If you're taking the same kind of actions, imagine that you're working in a gym and you're doing some, I don't know, you're working on your arms and you do the same action all day, every day, week in, week out.

[00:07:45] Nothing changes. You don't change the exercise. Why should any other part of your arm start to form other muscles?

[00:07:51] It's not going to. Look at yourself as you're doing a workout in your business.

[00:07:55] Okay, you want to grow your income, but what different exercises are you doing?

[00:07:59] What different strategies are you implementing internally with your mindset, with your thinking, with your actions?

[00:08:06] A lot of people want to create bigger results. They rely on the same actions.

[00:08:11] Now, where do your actions come from? They come from your behavior.

[00:08:15] Where does your behavior come from? Anybody know? Can you tell me?

[00:08:19] Well, it comes from your subconscious mind, your subconscious conditioning.

[00:08:22] Now, your subconscious mind dictates what kind of moves that you make.

[00:08:25] Your subconscious mind dictates whether you're going to go out with a hunger to drive and get business in.

[00:08:30] Or are you going to sit back, relaxing, putting your feet up on the table on your desk, moaning, complaining, without doing anything about it.

[00:08:37] A lot of people do complain and moan, but they're not willing to learn the skills.

[00:08:41] When we talk about skills, a lot of people mix up skills by learning how to do a certain thing.

[00:08:46] Let's just say, I don't know, let me give you an example.

[00:08:48] Imagine a carpenter, for example. A carpenter has a skill set and we talk about skills and they just want to learn new skills so they can start getting a different level of work.

[00:08:59] But now you may have experienced something similar.

[00:09:01] Maybe you've had new skills in your industry and you've been trying to take your income up, getting more work.

[00:09:06] And you may have found that regardless of how many skills that you have, physical skills to do with industry, right?

[00:09:12] Your income doesn't really go up, maybe.

[00:09:14] But then if you make those internal shifts, think about a belief system that's controlling your income, is controlling you to earn $20,000 a month.

[00:09:21] Now imagine you start to work on increasing that belief system to let's say, doubling that income to $50,000.

[00:09:28] So you start to form the beliefs about yourself, the behaviors, the character traits, your assumption of yourself, of someone who earns $50,000.

[00:09:36] That takes you onto a whole new frequency and that's where the money comes from.

[00:09:40] I have a lot of people that I work with that they've got strategies in place that they've had for ages and that we haven't helped them change a strategy.

[00:09:48] All we've helped them is change a lot of the internal things that are going on, which leads to a different behavior, a different type of an action.

[00:09:55] And then that's what leads to the attraction.

[00:09:57] It's kind of ironic.

[00:09:59] So many people on this earth, if you look at the population of this earth, we've got, I don't know, 8 billion or whatever it's supposed to be.

[00:10:04] Most of them, 8 billion, stay exactly where they are year on year.

[00:10:07] And it's only a small handful of people, select group of people like the 1%ers that actually accumulate fortunes and grow their net worth wildly on, you know, on a year to year basis.

[00:10:18] Look at the rich list over here in the UK.

[00:10:20] We have the Sunday Times rich list.

[00:10:21] And you see sometimes on their people's net worth increasing by like 4 billion, 5 billion.

[00:10:27] How the hell can someone increase their net worth in 12 months?

[00:10:32] Think about that.

[00:10:33] Now, the difference is, imagine if your net worth right now, let's not even say your net worth.

[00:10:37] Let's say you're earning 100,000 every single year.

[00:10:41] Now, imagine if you could start turning that annual income into like a monthly income where you can actually, instead of earning that in a year, you actually start doing that in a month.

[00:10:50] Now, it might be too much for you to even like take in.

[00:10:53] But it's happened.

[00:10:55] I'm seeing so many people do that.

[00:10:56] A lot of my students are doing that.

[00:10:57] So imagine if your net worth can multiply by 12 in one year because of the changes that you make about your own state of yourself, your own beliefs about yourself, your own assumptions.

[00:11:09] Your income is an assumption of what you believe you're worth.

[00:11:12] So whatever you're earning each month is based upon an assumption, a belief that you have about yourself.

[00:11:17] It's a blueprint that dictates what you tracked into your life, how much money you make, how fast you make it.

[00:11:22] Now, once we start to help you make the adjustments, then we've got a great formula for this.

[00:11:26] This is what we do all day long.

[00:11:27] So we actually help you make those adjustments and then your income increases illogically.

[00:11:34] You don't have to stay stuck up where you are.

[00:11:36] I do not, I would not want to have like the same income like next year.

[00:11:41] Because I remember like Bob used to say, Bob Proctor, if you're not, if your business isn't growing, it's dying.

[00:11:46] So take a look at your business.

[00:11:48] Is it growing or is it dying?

[00:11:50] If your business was a plant and you can actually see it, the colors of it like it, would it be growing?

[00:11:54] Would it be strong, vibrant green colors on that plant?

[00:11:57] Or would it be like, let's say it's a flower.

[00:12:00] Would it be one of those flowers that's a bright rose, really glowing?

[00:12:04] You know, it's really strong, vibrant, it's full of life.

[00:12:06] Or is your business like one of those roses, you know, when they go brown around the edges and it starts to flop.

[00:12:13] Which one would you compare your business to?

[00:12:15] The strong rose, a colorful rose, a powerful rose where it smells nice.

[00:12:18] Or that rose that is heads dropping off and the petals are falling out and it's got this awful smell.

[00:12:26] Think about it.

[00:12:27] Write it down.

[00:12:28] Admit to yourself, which one do I have?

[00:12:30] Now, do you want to change?

[00:12:31] Do you want to change that rose?

[00:12:33] Imagine changing the water and give it some plant feed.

[00:12:36] I'm not a florist, right?

[00:12:37] But I'm sure that there's a way you can revive plants.

[00:12:40] Imagine if you could revive your business the same way by reviving yourself.

[00:12:45] Once you revive yourself, your business is an expression of who you are, your beliefs.

[00:12:49] And that's when things start to change.

[00:12:52] I want you to give yourself an audit on the last 12 months.

[00:12:56] How did business go versus the previous 12 months?

[00:12:58] Now, if you say it's very similar, why is anything?

[00:13:01] I want you to really think, why is anything going to change next year?

[00:13:05] What are you going to do different that's going to change you next year?

[00:13:08] Forget the business.

[00:13:09] Forget the strategies that you're working with.

[00:13:12] What's going to change you?

[00:13:13] What changes are you going to make internally, emotionally, spiritually, that's going to change the outcome for you?

[00:13:20] Do you have a plan?

[00:13:21] Or are you going to go on and read some more books?

[00:13:24] Write some more affirmations out.

[00:13:25] Write some more goals out.

[00:13:26] Do you have a plan of how you're going to make those changes?

[00:13:30] Now, you may say to yourself, well, I don't really know what to do.

[00:13:34] All I know is to do is read more books, gather more knowledge, but I don't really know what to do.

[00:13:39] So let me ask you a question.

[00:13:40] If I can help you really map your life and business out.

[00:13:43] I'm not life coach, by the way.

[00:13:44] The other day I was at the gym and somebody says, have you done any more life coaching sessions?

[00:13:48] I'm like, I ain't life coach.

[00:13:49] I ain't life coach.

[00:13:50] That's not what I do.

[00:13:51] I can't tell you how to live your life, but I can tell you how to earn more money.

[00:13:54] So if I could show you a way on how to change the things that you need to change about yourself, right?

[00:13:59] Initially, then your business, and then you could like multiply your income next year.
